The following terms and conditions are now in affect and will be strictly adhered to.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have an in-person appointment scheduled and you fail to notify us via phone only, at least 1 hour before the scheduled time, you will be charged a $100 fee.
ANNUAL RENEWALS
Effective September 1, 2023, any product or service that renews annually is going to be billed prior to renewing. Annual renewals include domain names, web hosting, antivirus and security, WordPress plugins and themes, remote access software, and the like.
45 days before the renewal date you will receive an invoice, and you will have 30 days to pay. On the 31st day, auto-renewal will be turned off. You will still have 14 days to pay, and then auto-renewal will be turned back on. Failure to pay within 45 days and the service will expire, which will mean a loss of email, website, security protection, and so on.
INVOICING
The following procedure will be taken involving invoices. You will receive your invoice via email and before and after the due date, at least 2 reminders will be emailed. Once the 60 day mark hits you will be emailed and physically mailed the invoice. Once it gets to 90 days the invoice will be sent to collections.
If you need more than 30 days to pay an invoice then contact me and we will work something out. Failure to make any arrangements and the procedure above will be followed.
Furthermore, after the 45 day mark late fee charges will be added to your account, 3% every 30 days.
As of September 1, 2023, any invoices dated prior to April 1, 2023 will automatically be sent to collections.
RATE INCREASES
Rate increases may happen at any time, and in most cases you will receive an email explaining the increase.
